North Mississippi Medical Center Hybrid OR

The NMMC Main Unit Hybrid OR, opened in late 2011, is the first of its kind in North Mississippi, providing procedural flexibility and efficiency previously unheard of. Resulting in fewer required surgeries and shorter hospital stays, the hybrid OR provides a multi-procedure, data-rich, fully-integrated facility for minimally invasive cardiothoracic, endovascular, neurosurgery and orthopedic procedures. As a renovation of existing, non-surgical space, the new hybrid OR suite is 1,500 square feet and includes procedure area, control room, scrub room, sterile storage, equipment storage and general storage.
