Band Hall / Safe Room

Located on the Fulton Campus of Itawamba Community College, this project consists of construction of a new Band Hall and FEMA 361 Community Safe Room. The total building area is 20,900 square feet. The building consists of CMU and brick walls, a precast concrete roof structure with modified bituminous roofing and concrete slab/footings on drilled aggregate pier soil reinforcement. The non-safe area features interior metal studs and gypsum board. Site utilities, grading, storm drainage, parking, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical scopes are also included.
