For almost 50 years, Stephen Ladd has helped dozens of repeat clients—from private developers to government entities—achieve their goals. At McCarty, he specializes in healthcare and senior living design as well as research, business development and mentorship.

Stephen’s designs result in hundreds of projects that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, sustainable and technologically cutting-edge, often while under strict budgetary constraints. He is energized by groundbreaking projects, ones that have no precedent in the world.

Stephen has a grown family and used to be an avid skier.
