Intern Architect

Since joining McCarty full-time in 2020, Blake Farrar has worked on all phases of projects from pre-design work to construction administration. One of Blake’s focuses is creating realistic renderings of project concepts that allow clients and teammates alike to visualize a project’s end goal. He finds church and military memorial projects especially fulfilling.

Before joining full-time, Blake interned at the firm in the summers of 2015 and 2017 while studying architecture at Mississippi State University. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Rachel and restoring vintage cars, motorcycles and teardrop campers.
